Stage Sponsorship Opportunities

 

 

Field Stage *

As the sun sets, our field stage will light up with three first-class national acts to close out the evening.  These 3 bands will perform from 6:30pm until Midnight on our first-class 36’ x 24’ Wurzelbacher outdoor stage.

 

Headline Sponsor $15,000 (Limit 1)

  • Company or family name and logo prominently displayed on main canopy banner across the stage for the entire festival

Barn Stage *

The Barn Stage is quite possibly one of the coolest live music venues in all of Kentucky!  Throughout the entire afternoon, the Blue Barn is the ultimate gathering place to meet friends and listen to 3 different live acts throughout the day for foot-stompin’ entertainment.  These 3 bands will perform from 2:00pm until roughly 6:30pm.

Haybale Stage *

The Haybale Stage is right in the heart of the action, providing the main source of live entertainment for the outdoor gathering.  This is a nice intimate area for singers and songwriters to be heard.

*Our first priority is the safety of our artists and patrons. Due to Covid restrictions stages may be relocated and hospitality tent access will be determined at a later date.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Booth Sponsorship Opportunities

 

 

Bourbon Bar Sponsorship $3,000 (Limit 1)

The Bourbon Bar is where festival goers can enjoy a wide variety of Kentucky’s finest bourbon cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. 

 

Hospitality Tent Sponsorship $1,500 (Limit 1)

The Hospitality Tent is where band members and special guests have access to relax and enjoy the complimentary food and full bar.   

 

Drink Ticket Booth Sponsorship $1,500 (Limit 1)

The Drink Ticket Booth is centrally located and where all festival goers purchase drink tickets for all of their beverages on the day of the event.  

 

Merch Booth Sponsorship $1,500 (Limit 1)

The Merch Booth is where all the merchandise of the various bands as well as Winning With ALS and Cripple Creek Music Fest is sold.

 

                All booth sponsorships receive the following:

  • • Company logo or family name displayed on event advertisements, banners and social       

  • • 2 Souvenir packages

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

 

 

Go Green Initiative Sponsorship $1,500 (Limit 10)

Each sponsorship lot entitles the sponsor to one hundred fifty (150) 16oz stainless steel souvenir cups with their logo printed.  These reusable cups are given to all festival goers as part of their admission.  All Go Green sponsorships also receive the following: 

  • Company or family name and logo displayed on event banners

  • 4 General Admission Tickets

 

Daily Lineup Event Signage Sponsorship $1,000 

Signage showing the daily lineup will be located throughout the festival grounds and have the sponsor logo displayed. The sponsorships also receive the following:
